Home warranty

Home warranty refers to the protection extended to the mechanical systems, fixtures and other appliances at home which is generally not covered by a home owner's insurance. The coverage is provided for a specific period of time and the home structure is not covered by this policy.

This is only an optional policy that extents a helping hand when there is sudden break down of heating, plumbing , air-conditioning or any other system at home .Whether the home is a new one or old, home warranty is the best way to protect the valuable assets .

Many companies offer home warranties and they cover most of the major home systems. But some policies do not cover specific systems like that of heating system, plumping system etc. So the insured should choose the home warranty which does not exclude any of his valuable system as per its terms and conditions.
